The Blog Begins Today.

Hopefully this shall be the beginning of a great adventure. This is a month that had a "flytilla" and honors Yom HaShoah, Yom HaZikaron, and Yom HaAtazmaut. Probably the three most significant dates for the Jewish People. The Shoah caused a break with Jewish history when Jews, horrified by the events, decided to change the way they viewed others. It wasn't a universal movement, because that is also part of Jewish nature, lots of ways to deal with the same problem. After the Shoah some Jews converted to Christianity, some became more religious, others became less so, and some turned their backs to religion in varying degrees. The most exciting phenomenon was, in my opinion, was the in-gathering of all the exiles who wanted to live in a Jewish state. It is with their return to the Land of Israel, that Jews here, and throughout the world could once again stand tall. Am Yisrael Chai!
